He was predeceased by : his parents, Dora Love and Robert Love; and his siblings, Doreen, Paul, Bill and Robert Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Helen; his children, Gordon (Leslie), Lorraine (Mark), Jennifer (Ken) and Jason (Catherine); his grandchildren, Danielle, Jeffrey, Stephanie, Derek (Jessica), James, Michelle, Jaden and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Miles and Louella; and his sisters, Beverley, Joan and Linda.
