He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Dulong and Connie Dulong of Muirkirk; his child P. J. Dulong of Strathroy; his sister Charlotte Dulong (Robert Peckham) of Duart; and his close friend Jeff Pickle. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, cousins.
Donations made in memory of Phillip to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
