We are sad to announce that, on July 14, 2021, Janice Jacob of Nakina, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Isaiah Jacob; her daughter Alicia Jacob; her grandchildren, Talon and Naziah Jacob; and her parents, Elton Martin and Leah Martin.

She is survived by: her son Joel Jacob (JoAnn); and her siblings, Elvin Martin (Connie), Sallie Gingrich, Bert Martin Anna Metzger (John), Ruth Martin (Murray), Joyce Gingrich (Vern), Elly Moyers Paul (Randy), Rick Martin (Leona) and Kathy Martin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made in Jan's name towards schoolBOX North.
