She is survived by: her husband Richard Bartlett; her children, Melanie West, Rob Matzig (Ethan West) of Simcoe, Corrie West, Jason Rusnak Keira Rusnak, Connor Rusnak, Sara, Andrew Tebworth (Anessa) of Madoc, Adam West, Breanne Garmon (Gotham West) of Nanticoke, Ben Bartlett, Josh Bartlett, Caleb, Ravyn, Rosalyn, Raychel, Remyd and Ryot; and her siblings, Lynn Lyon (Wade) and Drew Zuber (Elaine Cooper).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cooper Funeral Home (19 Talbot St W, Jarvis, ON N0A1J0).
