With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Turner (Napanee, Ontario), who passed away on November 2, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Margaret Ann. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Angela, Charles (Janey), Paul (Cassandra) and Andy (Hayley); her mother Marjorie Elliott; her sisters, Jennifer, Brenda and Jeanette; and her siblings-in-law, Bob, Gary, Jim, Kim and David.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Frankford Lions Centre (50 Centre St, Frankford, ON K0K2C0).
