She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilliard Welbanks and Mary Welbanks. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Mowbray; her children, Heather (Kirk), Jackie (Andy), Jennifer (Ben) and Melissa (Lee); her grandchildren, Brian (Laura), Brandon, Miranda (Victoria), Rachel, Halle, Owen, Rhyder and Reyna; her siblings, Patty, Terry (Illa), Doug (Jayne), Nancy (Mark), Lori (Donny), Rick (Erin) and Charles (Heather); and her siblings-in-law, Elaine (Peter) and Ken (Rose). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
