He is survived by: his wife Helen Lowe (Storms); his daughters, Vonda Haley, Wendy Bennett (Adam) and Michelle Holloway; his stepson Randy VanNess (Cindy); and his brother LeRoy Lowe. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
