He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marian, Bill (Mary), Jean Clark (Carl), June McMath (Mac), John (Georgina) and Mary Smith (Morley).

He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Patti Doan (Brent); his grandchildren, Kristyn (Justin) and Jeffrey (Jeri); and his great grandchildren, Blake, Rylee and Brynlee.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hannah Funeral Home - Napanee (123 Dundas St W, Napanee, ON K7R1Z9). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
