It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Albert Steven Rice of Napanee, Ontario, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Steven Rice (Karen) and Donna Angelo (Michael); his siblings, Candi (Ricky), Quill (Thom), Breanna and Natasha (Michael); his nephew Kal; and his grandmothers, Elaine Rice and Louise Scott. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
