He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Marlene (Denning); his children, Terry (Shirley Clarke), Karen (Fred), Gary (Holly) and Lisa Brady (Scott); his grandchildren, Jamie, Laurel, Wendy, Terry, Andrew, Kaitlyn, Erin and Joe; and his siblings, Gerald (late Pat), Elaine Wilson (Gerald) and Glenn (late Marguerite). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 14th 2023 at 12:30 PM at the Newburgh Cemetery. A reception was held on Thursday, September 14th 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee For (448 Camden Rd, Napanee, ON K7R 1G1).

As expressions of sympathy if desired donations can be made to the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation.
