With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John David Lind (Napanee, Ontario), who passed away on February 1, 2024 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John David Lind to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Lind and Marie Lind; his sisters, Jenny Kilcheski (Frank) and Elsie Thomson (Barry); and his nephew Mark Thomson.

He is survived by : his friend Dwight Walker (Stacey); and his grandchildren, Stacey Bonner, Brittany Walker (Lanre), Jenny Lind, Jocelyn Lind, Deanna Asselstine (Tom), Christine McMurray (Alain), Michael McMurray and Andrew McMurray (Mia). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.

If desired, donations in memory of John to the SPCA- Lennox and Addington Animal Centre, or to Sandy Pines Wildlife would be appreciated as he had a great love for all animals. Condolences and donations may be forwarded online through wartmanfuneralhomes.com.
