As we bid Leona farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Leona is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Evelyn; her parents, Ada Sweet (Lloyd) and Wilfred Sweet; and her brother Leon Sweet. She is survived by: her husband Victor Abrams; her daughters, Eva (Paul Detlor), Karen and Kathy (David Trombley); and her brother Lewis Sweet.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sillsville Cemetery.
