It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Joseph Palmer of Napanee, Ontario, born in Deseronto, Ontario, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Palmer and Josephine Palmer; and his son Aaron Palmer. He is survived by : his wife Elaine Palmer; and his grandson Braeden Palmer.
