He is survived by : his children, David Kellar (Angela), Susan Kellar and Sandra Shorts (Ken) of Napanee; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Bethany Kellar, Cassandra and Justin Shorts (Courtney Tulloch); and his great grandchild Emerald Creighton.
