She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Armitage. She is survived by: her children, Lindsey Welsh (Tom Schnerch) and Ryan Welsh (late Katie); her grandchildren, Baia, Selene, Kahlil and Oscar; her siblings, Marg Bowers (Walter), Bert Sands (late Heidi) and Rae Sands (Candy); and her chosen Armitage. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hannah Funeral Home - Napanee (123 Dundas St W, Napanee, ON K7R1Z9).
Memorial donations made to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation or the Ernestown Art Program would be appreciated by the family.
