With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Angeline Crabtree (Napanee, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband David Crabtree; and her parents, Hawrelo Sorochan and Cia Sorochan. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Crabtree (Rick Gilmer), Tom Crabtree (Val) and Susan Crabtree; her grandchildren, John Gilmer (Jessica Sterbenk), Erin Gilmer (Michael Lioniello), Christina Schoner-Crabtree and Mikayla Schoner-Crabtree; and her brother Steve Sorochan (Fondly) of Nanaimo, B. C. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
