He was predeceased by: his former wife Beverly; his wife Valerie; and his brothers, Harold (Darlene) and Harry (late Irene). He is survived by: his children, Michael (Stephanie), Michele (Troy), Trevor and Christopher (Pam); his grandchildren, Shayla, Jaden, Toree, Joelle, Mikayla, Noah, Timothy and Samuel; and his brother Maurice (late Marilyn). He is also survived by nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Neal's memory to the Arthritis Society or the Church of Choice.
