“Rick was our friend. For years out on Hickory Lane. For years as a neighbour. For years taking careful care of our place when we were away. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him.. A kind heart. A caring guy. Aways with a wit and a smile, and great stores of Napanee and life out on the Bay. We are sad to hear it his death. We’ll toast him well this summer. The Rev.
