She was predeceased by: her mother Ida Shantz (Bechtel); her husband Morgan Baer; her father John Shantz; her siblings, Jean Shantz, Norma Shantz and Lowell Shantz; and her siblings-in-law, Norman Gascho, Arnold McDonald, Elmer Baer, Orval Baer, Curtis Baer, Wayne Baer, Rosalia Baer (Dorn) and Pauline Baer (Dettweiler).
She is survived by: her sisters, Alice Gascho and Helen MacDonald; her sisters-in-law, Lorene Shantz and Erma Meadows (Baer); her nieces and nephews, Dwight, Stewart (Peggy), Dennis (Chris) and Dale (Sue); her foster sons, Mike and Ron Rouleau; her grandchildren, Janna Baer, Luke Baer, Amelia Hessel (Baer), Kyle Baer, Ryan Baer, Melissa Baer, Laura Baer, Daniel Baer, Katie Siragusa (Baer), Matthew Baer and Sarah Seher (Baer); and her great grandchildren, Kaavya May Baer Solanki, Alise, Hugo, Violet Baer and Mateo Morgan Baer Couture.
