Bruce Hertel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2025, at the age of 84, Bruce Hertel of New Hamburg, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luella Hertel (Dopp) and Lester Hertel. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Christine Snider (Richard), Jeremy Baan, Matthew Snider (Sarah), Kirstie Baltus (Josh) and Daniel Snider; his close friend Jackie Snyder; his sister Dianne Baan (Hertel); his aunts and uncles, Shirley (Hertel), Walter Love, Hilda (Hertel), Herb Thomas, Gladys (Hertel), Oliver Raddatz, Milton Dopp, Mabel (Dopp) and Herb Fedy; Elijah and Silas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home (291 Huron St, New Hamburg, ON N3A1K2).
Donations can be made to the CNIB. This charity was dear to his heart because his mother lost her sight at a young age as well as Stratford General Hospital where he received exceptional care a few years ago.
