Carolyn Rose Gibbons Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Rose Gibbons of New Hamburg, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Jeanne Richmond; her husband Garry Gibbons; her son Darren Gibbons; her sister-in-law Janice; and her brothers, James, Geoffrey Richmond and Robert.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy McCutchen; her siblings' children, Nancy Van (Klooster) and Todd Van; and her siblings, Janet Richmond, Rosemary Chesney (late Bill) and Roger Richmond (Barbara).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home (291 Huron St, New Hamburg, ON N3A1K2). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion United Church (215 Peel St, New Hamburg, ON N3A1E7). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (82 Bergey Ct, New Hamburg, ON N3A2J5).
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to Zion United Church, or MCC Cannery and can be done through the funeral home.
