He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Wendy Lynn Noonan; his children, Mark Noonan (Georgetown), Marny Adams (Rob (Oakville)) and Jamie Noonan (Debby (Cambridge)); his parents, Patrick Noonan and Donna Noonan; his sister Donna Reid; his grandchildren, Nikki Armstrong (Noonan), Blake Noonan, Maelie Noonan, Lucas Sharpen, Rowen and Claire Noonan; and his great grandchildren, Halle, Emmet Armstrong, Georgia and Arostaios Noonan.
