She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Ellah and Mabel Ellah (Colledge); her brother Michael Ellah; and her former life partner Timothy Oakley. She is survived by : her daughter Karen (Chris Buhlman); her granddaughter Emma Buhlman (Luke); her brother Terry Ellah (Diane); her friend Craig Thomas; and also, Tracey Gough, Vic, Kelly Rocha, Jeanette and Ken Oakley.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations would be accepted to Guelph General Hospital – ICU or the New Hamburg Legion Branch 532 and can be done through the funeral home. Donations are being accepted for: The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION NEW HAMBURG ONT.
