He was predeceased by: his parents, John Whittaker and Violet Whittaker (Aldersey); and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Colleen "June" Whittaker (McQuade); his children, Dean (Tracy), Kim (Geoff) and Kelly (Mark); his grandchildren, Rylee, Jacob, Jailena (Richard), Spencer (Kaitlin), Finlay, Avery, Cam (Lauren) and Nate; his brother Ron (Debbie); and his brother-in-law Joe (Donna).
As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Parkinson Society and can be done through the funeral home. Donations are being accepted for: PARKINSON SOCIETY SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO (Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario).
