He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanna; his parents, Herbert Cassel and Coletta Cassel; and his siblings, Doris Hahn (Bill), Edmund Cassel (Hilda), Art Cassel, Elgin Cassel (Florence), Leonard'Mike'Cassel, Mary Cybulski (Anthony), Bill Cassel (Theresa) and Murray Cassel.
He is survived by: his children, Herbert Cassel, Cynthia Ehrlich, Coletta Stadelmann (Mark) and Suzanna'Angela' Marsh (Wade); his grandchildren, Daniel (Fawne), Thomas (Megan), Andrew (Jamie), Troy (Nicole), Melissa (Kevin), Zachary (Sarah), Frank, Anita (Andrew), Nicole (Andrew) and Lisa; and his siblings, Joe Cassel (Sheri) and Sheila Etmanski. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
