She was predeceased by : her husband Gordon Dietrich; her parents, Malcolm Brown and Cecilia Zimmerman; her stepmother Christina Stephen; her siblings, Don (Marian), Maxine (Paul), Dorothy (George), Kenneth, Bruce, Gary, Gordons, Harold (Audrey), Clare (Olive), Alf (Loreen), Howie, Clayton, Lorraine (Elmer), Rita, Carl (Evelyn), Eddie (Shirley), Wilfred (Ellen), Hubert (Rosie) and Peter (Pat); and also Vic.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Devin (Gemma), Nicole (Scott Reid), Amy Kappus (Alexandre Brilhante) and Melanie Kappus; her sister Anne (Mike Hammer); and her siblings-in-law, Grace, Gloria, Mary, Vern and Carol.

As expressions of sympathy, donations would be accepted to the Wilmot Family Resource Centre (Food Bank) and can be done through the funeral home.
