He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Miller and Burle Miller; and his sister Glena Cook (Earl). He is survived by: his wife Ann Miller; his children, Howard Miller (Linda), Gerald Miller (Carrie) and Darcy Miller; his grandchildren, Aaron Miller (Melissa), Amber McCullough (Jordan), Brandi Miller, Alicia Kerr-Van (Mike), Brayden Miller (Alexis), Marisa Miller and Brandon Miller; his great grandchildren, Brock Miller, Mackenzie Miller, Lorenzo Marroquin, Maverick Van Meyl and Abigail Van Meyl; his stepgrandchildren, Bradley Hyman (Melissa), Kyle Hyman (Kristan) and Dylan Hyman; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaley Hyman, Khloe Hyman, Ryder Hyman, Kolton Hyman and Scarlett Miller-Fowler; and his sisters, Janice Miller and Sharon Salmon.
