Ruth Stover Obituary

We bid farewell to Ruth Stover of New Hamburg, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 15, 2026. Ruth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Stover to pay them a last tribute.

Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Scrimgeour and Gertrude Scrimgeour; and her husband Roy Stover. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Barbara Grigat (Wayne Dietrich) and Pauline Scrimgeour; and her friend Mona McCaw.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family. Donations are being accepted for: CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER (CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIETE CANADIENNE DU CANCER).
