He was predeceased by : his brother Norman Lachapelle; his sister-in-law Georgette Lachapelle; and his son-in-law Jules Roy. He is survived by : his wife Françoise; his children, Martial [Michelle] Lachapelle, Florent [Kathy] Lachapelle, Carmelle Lachapelle Roy, Aurel [Sue] Lachapelle and Marc [Monique] Lachapelle; his grandchildren, Nicole, Eric, Luc, Sabrina, Joey, Kristyna, Patrick, Richard, Josh, Mandy, Melissa and Shawn; his siblings, Alice Goudreault (Armand) and Réal Lachapelle; and his sister-in-law Claire Lachapelle. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
