He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Richards; his children, John Richards (Jane), Glynis Gilman (Michael), Ian Richards and Janette Richards-Handyside (James); his stepchildren, Darlene Boucher (Philip), Nancy Cook (Charles) and Kevin Cook (Sandy); his grandchildren, Lucie Richards (Christopher), Ian Richards (Ayako), Kathryn Richards (Matthew), Keith Richards (Laura) and Amy Richards (Christopher); his stepgrandchildren, Ashlyn (Brady), Suzanne (Michael), Noah, Sophie and Oliver; and his great grandchildren, Mio, Haru, Ada, Sylvia, Jackson, Alaina, Bentley, Audrey, Evelyn and Layla.
