He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey Marilyn Shirk (Black). He is survived by: his children, Terry "TJ" (Carman) and Andrew (Tara); his granddaughter Georgia; his brother-in-law Chuck Babich; his mother-in-law Darlene Babich; and his aunt Jacqueline Black. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and many other family members.

Terry's final wishes were to have no service, however in lieu of a service or flowers, please make a donation to Northumberland Hill Hospital Cobourg, Lakeridge Health Hospital Oshawa or Charity or donation of your choice.
