We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2020, at the age of 92, Martha Whitford of Newington, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Emerson Whitford; her former husbands, Willis Hawn and William Sanderson; her son Robert Sanderson (Janice); her parents, James Ferguson and Sarah Ferguson (Waldroff); and her brother Carl Ferguson.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Sanderson (late Corallee) of Newington and Arther Sanderson (Irene) of Finch; her brother Duncan Ferguson (Marilyn) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Thomas, Brenda, Brian, Hilda, Katelyn, William and Richard; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Chris, Curtis, Kyle, Emma, Johnathan, Brandon and Grace; and her great great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Isabella, Ethan and Mason. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
