He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fleury and Mae Bilmer; his son Trevor Bilmer; and his siblings, Mary Ceasar, Lucy Major, Sally Crooker, Janice Bowman, Carl Bilmer, Hugh Bilmer, John Bilmer, Rick Bilmer, Ed Bilmer, Billy Fleury, Stan Bilmer, Gord Bilmer, Garnet Bilmer, Eugene Fleury and Ken Bilmer.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Bilmer; his children, Chad (Jennifer), Wesley (Ashley) and Kimberly Bilmer; his siblings, Shirley Heagle (late Ray), Ida Ducolon, Nora Jacobs (Barry), Cindy Murphy and Helen McDonald (Jack); and his grandchildren, Trent, Carter, Dillan, Cole, Caelin and Mia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
