It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alton Shields (Newmarket, Ontario), who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene; and his parents, Emmett Shields and Edna Shields. He is survived by: his children, Laura-Lee and Gordon (Amanda); his granddaughters, Estelle and Phoebe; and his siblings, Eileen, Peg, Mary, Fred, Maggie, Aurella, Sheila and Debbie. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
