She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edward; her daughters, Michelle and Maria (Nigel Ramsaran); her grandchildren, Alexander and Evelyn; her cousin Ann (Terry Murphy); her nieces and nephews, Ian, Dominic (Gillian), Ewan and Julianne; and her parents, Bridgette Chalmers and John Chalmers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home (157 Main St S, Newmarket, ON L3Y3Y9). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Church (17955 Leslie St, Newmarket, ON L3Y9A4). A burial was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St John Cemetery (250 Old Main St, Newmarket, ON L3Y6C7). A reception was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Hall (17955 Leslie St, Newmarket, ON L3Y9A4).
