He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Carol, Jeffrey, Rachael and Jake; his children-in-law, Fiona and Sydney; his grandchildren-in-law, Sarah and Orion; his sibling Gail Smith; his siblings-in-law, Julia Funk, Anita and Patrick Curran; his nieces and nephews, Anita Long, Jamie, Derek, Debbie and Drew; and his friends, Howard Swinson and Larry DeWaay.
