He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennifer Payne; his daughters, Monique Kristal Payne, Anouk Yvonne Jeanette Payne and Estelle JC Payne; his brother Luch; and his parents, Suzanne and Randy Payne. He was also cherished by his Aunts & Uncles and his cousins.
