With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald McKnight (Newmarket, Ontario), who passed away on December 27, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; his son Robert; and his brother Alvin McKnight. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Dicks (Carl) of Barrie, Gary McKnight (Debbie Smrcka) of Barrie and Glen McKnight of Newmarket; his grandchildren, Krista Chadwick (Scott) of Ottawa, Adam Dicks of Barrie, Taylor McKnight of Ottawa, Zachary McKnight of Barrie and Brina McKnight of Newmarket; his great grandchild Addison Dicks of Barrie; and his siblings, Merle Croutch (Bob) of Newmarket, John McKnight (Marlene) of Newmarket, Gail Nurnberg (Kent) of Newmarket and Joan Miller. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many friends.
Donations in memory of Don to Jays Care Foundation, Canadian Tire Jump Start or Hospice Simcoe would be greatly appreciated.
