She was predeceased by: her former husband John "Jack" William Maddocks; her brother Rev. William "Bill" J. Fairlie (Anne Fairlie); and her parents, William James Fairlie and Hazel Fairlie. She is survived by: her children, Susan Elizabeth Thomson (David Thomson), Geoffrey Ian Maddocks (Heidi Maddocks) and Jennifer Anne Schmid (Toby Schmid); her grandchildren, Davey, Bethany (Paul), Sarah, Joshua (Carlyn), Abigail (Peter), Michael (Nicole), Joel, Isaac (Peyton), Caleb, Selah, Thalia (Corey), Samantha (Terry), Maximillian, Augustus and Adler; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Abigail, Titus, Rebecca, James, Bailey, William, Elena, Logan, Ariana, Adalaide, Violet, Olivea, Luther, Samson, Charlotte, Calvin, Lincoln, Grace, Gideon and Levi.
