He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Penney and Sadie Penney. He is survived by: his siblings, Daphne, Elizabeth (Helmut), George (Mae) and David (Shirley); and his siblings' children, Myrna (Robert), Craig (Tricia), Chris (Heidi), Peter (Katrina), Jennifer, Lisa and Kelly (Joe).
