He is survived by: his sons, Codie Hale and Jeremy Charles Hale; his siblings, Roy Hale and Dolores "Dolly" Hillis; his foster brother Mark St. Germain; and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Clarissa, Laura, Stacey, Brent and Kim.
