He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Bennett and Jessie Bennett (Annesley); his wife Freda; his siblings, Edna Boyd (Bennett), Lawrence and Dellas; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Boyd, Terry O'Connor, Claddie Ettinger, Jean Bennett (McIntyre) and Mabel Bennett.
He is survived by: his sister Elsie Gosselin (Bennett); his siblings-in-law, Brett Gosselin, Harvey Bennett, Charlie Bennett, Rosemary Bennett (Hazell), Mavis Bennett (Trotman), Vivian Ettinger (Bennett) and Thelma O'Connor (Bennett); his daughters, Janyce Todd and Noryne Bennett-Rilling; his sons-in-law, Rob Todd and Mike Rilling; and his granddaughters, Shannon, Kendra Todd and Erin Bennett-Rilling. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
