He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Batchelor of Devon. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Marshall; his daughters, Megan Batchelor and Elizabeth Hopkins; his grandchildren, Scarlet and Henri; his sister-in-law Verity Batchelor; his brother Charles Batchelor; and his stepmother Gill. He is also survived by in-laws, 5 nephews, 4 nieces.
