He was predeceased by: his son Daniel (Lori); and his siblings, John Prins (Rose) and Pieter Prins (late Nell). He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmina; his children, Peter (Karen), Elizabeth Powers (Philip) and Linda Kett; his grandchildren, Jonathan, James (Lauren), Joshua (Nicole), Wesley (Mikayla), Danielle (Jayden), Jamal (Talya), Nakida (Jamie) and Reegan (Ben); his great grandchildren, Waylon and Kenton; and his siblings, Ria Hulzebos (late Henk), Jack Prins (Edna), Betty Kuiper (late Hans), Jane Vinish (Rod) and Bill Prins (Brenda).
