She was predeceased by: her husband Richard James; her son Richard; and her brother Denny Millard. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Bunn (Raymond), Todd James (Shelley) and Jo-Anne; her grandchildren, Bobby, Jeffrey, Tom and Melissa; her great grandchildren, Richard, Tanner, Ava, Kinsley, Cashton and Easton; and her siblings, Elizabeth Meade and Stephen Millard.
