He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna; his son Jason (Cindy); his grandchildren, Bradley, Meghan and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Kiana and Ayden; his siblings, Clifford (Margaret) and Beverley (Tom); and his parents, Malcolm Lewis and Ruth Lewis.
