He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen McNeill and Mary McNeill; his wife Yaping Liu; his children, Linda Jean Hayes (late Phillip) and James Stephen McNeill; his stepdaughter Weijia Shi; his grandchildren, Courtney Tizzard (Richard), Mitchell Tizzard (Jillian) and Zoey L Tang; his great grandchildren, Alexis and Aubrey; and his siblings, Earl, Bill Jean, Ruby, Carlotta and Gloria.
