We are sad to announce that, on November 27, 2025, at the age of 80, Janet Bond (Newmarket, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Janet departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Janet. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Bond; her grandmother Chelsea (Greydon Bond); her parents, Dick Mortimore and Ruth Mortimore; her siblings, Judi Leonard (Dennis) and Rick Mortimore; and her nephew Jeffrey Leonard (Rose).
She is survived by: her stepson Greg Bond (Melinda); and her nibling Jodi-Janet (Matthew). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
