He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Chard and Marjorie Chard. He is survived by: his child Lindsay Marie Singer; and his siblings, Carole Cameron, James Gordon Chard, John Chard and Gerry Chard.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home (157 Main St S, Newmarket, ON L3Y3Y9).
