He is survived by: his children, Laurie Neubrand (Karl) of Monkton, ON and Rick Graham (Donna) of Victoria Harbour, ON; his grandchildren, Andrea Dolson (Mike), Stephanie Semple (Rob), Matthew Neubrand (Hailey), Michael Neubrand (Maggie), Jesse Graham and Jaik Graham; his great grandchild David Dolson; his close friend Marie Tomlinson; his daughter-in-law Tracy Tomlinson; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Kyle, Olivia, Ruby and Jasmin; Kevin Tomlinson (Jeanette), Jeff Tomlinson and Brenda Westover (John).
